Nestled in a quiet Springfield cul-de-sac beside the historic Carrick Hill estate, this 1967 Neo-Georgian residence sits on a 1,282m² garden allotment. Purchased in 2021, the home was reimagined by Hurren Architects and Alchemists ID for modern family living.

The redesign introduced a more intuitive flow while maintaining formal character. Alchemists ID refined the interiors with tailored layouts, bespoke joinery, and curated finishes for a family who loves to entertain and host. Highlights include a guest bathroom with a concealed ensuite and a material palette that balances timeless elegance with bold, playful details.

The result is a “classic contemporary” home—refined, welcoming, and perfectly aligned with the owners’ lifestyle.
