BRIEF

This 1987 building formally known as the ”Dolls House” is one of many beautiful buildings situated on approximately a 17 hectare block in the Adelaide Hills.

To transform this building into bespoke luxury accommodation the building required its floor plans to be reworked to allow for greater flow and practicality, as well as bringing back some traditional details to the buildings which had been spoilt over time.

Through the use of materiality, we were able to combine the classic and contemporary features, as well as adding extra charm through working with local artisans to create custom unique pieces.

The design highlights and encompass the rolling landscape with a boutique, high end feel.
